This system is based on design of COSMEC Italy with advanced technology, high automatic level and sound stability. The system is completed by consecutive systems of slug cutting, multi cutting, wet brick loading on pallet, pallet transferring, pallet storage, loading & unloading, dried brick unloading from pallet, dried brick grouping, spacing and setting. The whole system is controlled by PLC through PROFIBUS field bus to link each intelligent unit, and realize an automatic operation through industrial computer which guided by preset or adjusted data. This system is applied to produce all kinds of ordinary wall materials and superior wall materials.
