Responsible for marketing and selling company products to brick factories, exploring new clients, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Assist clients with equipment installation and commissioning, and provide relevant training and guidance service.
Provide localized after-sale service, reply clients inquiries, take care of complaints and ensure clients satisfaction.
Provide customer feedback and market information based on market demand, and collaborate closely with the company's team.
▶ Job Requirements:
Have relevant industry sales experience with certain understanding of products and market for brick making equipment, production lines, and turnkey project design and construction services for brick factories.
Excellent communication skills and service awareness, adept at communicating with customers and establishing long-term cooperation.
Have strong team spirit with the ability to collaborate effectively with the company's team to complete tasks.
Fluency in English is preferred, capable of basic English communication and written expression.

Kiln Engineers

▶ Job Responsibility:

Mainly engaged in engineering design and scientific research and development related to building materials, focusing on engineering design and engineering service.

1. Make engineering scheme and conduct design calculation.

2. Design and make the construction drawings.

3. Installation and provide guidance on construction site.

Provide production technical service and guidance, and engage in R&D on new materials and equipment, etc. 

▶ Job Requirement:

1. Work hard, good at learning, excel in team coordination and communication, have strong team spirit.

2. Bachelor degree or above, majored in Materials Science and Engineering, fresh graduates preferred.

3. Good at AutoCAD、Office and other software.

4. Have basic knowledge of Silicate material, familiar with materials science, mechanics, and other related knowledge

5. Very interested in and talented in engineering design and drawing.

6. Familiar with design and drawing software and able to use CAD software.

7. Have creative, flexible thinking ability, and strong practical ability.

8. English requirement: CET-4 certificate, has strong speaking and listening skills.

Mechanical Engineers

▶ Job Responsibility

Design, R&D, upgrade and improvement of automation equipment for building materials machinery.

▶ Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above, machinery design, manufacturing and automation related majors.

2. Very familiar with machinery transmission structure, manufacturing and installation processes.

3. Be good at calculation and selection of commonly used components such as motors, cylinders, screw tracks, belts and chains.

4. Familiar with design process and BOM compilation.

5. Proficient in operating SolidWorks and CAD drawing software.

6. Understand hydraulic principle, candidates that are good at hydraulic structure design are preferred.

7. Over 5 years of experience in mechanical design.

8. Have excellent communication and coordination skills and strong team spirit.

Sales Manager

▶ Location: Xi’an City

▶ Job Responsibility:

1. Explore overseas markets through online platforms and exhibitions at home and abroad, locate target clients, reply inquiries and do the relevant follow-up works.
2. Keep close attention to industry trend, maintain online platform back-office data of the company and publish new product on the platform.
3. Responsible for building relationship with new clients, keeping good relationship with regular clients, promoting and marketing products in the foreign markets.
4. Follow up on order progress and coordinate with relevant departments in a timely manner.
5.Finish the other works assigned by superior leaders.

▶ Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above, English, international trade or other related majors preferred.
2. Have basic skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing, and be fluent in English communication with foreign clients.
3. Work actively and proactively, diligently, conscientiously and carefully, and have strong sense of responsibility and have strict self-requirements.
4. Candidates with foreign trade experience and mechanical industry knowledge are preferred.
