How to determine the length and width of the belt in the process layout diagram?
The length of the belt conveyor is subject to the climbing angle, generally less than 18°. Taking the climbing, motor power consumption, site and other factors into consideration, the appropriate climbing Angle is 13-14°. Angle belt can reach 40° with much higher cost.
