Brief technical description on kiln control system
The kiln control system is mainly composed of temperature detection and controlling. The thermocouple is used to detect temperature and pressure and then control burning temperature by adjusting gas amount while burning. The control/adjustment of tunnel kiln can be achieved by programmable controller, which is controlled by
software. Burning temperature of kiln can be achieved by the combination use of burners and hot air recirculating system. The programmable controller is installed in the control cabinet, and important data can be retrieved.
The tunnel kiln IPC has a graphical operation interface, the operator can manually enter the firing curve and the inlet interval in advance, or select the existing combustion curve and the advance interval according to the products in the kiln.
