How to adjust extrusion pressure?
Every qualified extruder pressure is relatively stable;
Measures listed below can be used to increase the pressure:
1.Reduce the screw pitch of the auger;
2.Reduce mud tank diameter ;
3.Reduce extrusion cross-section of molds;
4.Extend the mud tank length appropriately
The strength of the extruded mud strips can be measured using a penetrometer.
