In 2025, Xi’an Brictec will launch its second major engineering project in Iraq—the KTB clay brick production line. The project plans to construct three modern tunnel kiln clay brick production lines, implemented in three phases. Upon completion of the first and second phases, the total daily output is expected to reach 900 tons, primarily producing clay bricks with specifications of 240*115*75mm. This project not only strengthens Xi’an Brictec’s leading position in the Middle East market but also provides robust technical support for the upgrading and transformation of Iraq’s building materials industry.
The core technology of the project relies on Xi’an Brictec’s independently developed and manufactured heavy oil burners for tunnel kilns, based on advanced Italian technology. For the tunnel kilns in Iraq, the project will install Xi’an Brictec’s natural gas burners and heavy oil burners, significantly improving sintering efficiency and energy utilization to ensure high-quality clay brick production. This sets an industry benchmark for the sintered brick sector and contributes to promoting green and energy-efficient building material production processes in the Middle East.
To ensure smooth project execution, Xi’an Brictec has dispatched a team of professional technical engineers to actively carry out foundational civil engineering work, guaranteeing that equipment installation and commissioning proceed as scheduled.
