Equipment introduction
The Double Toothed Roll Crusher is a core equipment in clay brick production for raw material pre-processing. It utilizes two counter-rotating toothed rollers to shear and crush materials (e.g., clay, shale, coal gangue) into 3-10mm particles, ensuring optimal sizing for mixing and extrusion processes. The mechanism of the double tooth roll crusher is to crush materials by a pair of opposite rotating rollers with teeth on roller surface. The raw materials go through the hopper and drop between the rollers for crushing, and then naturally fall down. There is certain gap between rollers when rotating in opposite directions, the discharge grain size can be achieved by adjusting this gap.
