The compact extruder is a single-stage vacuum brick machine engineered for small-to-medium clay fired brick plants. It eliminates the conventional upper mixing section and is rigidly bolted to the upstream mixer/extruder mouth, creating a one-piece structure that greatly shortens overall length and reduces building height requirements.

Both the upper and lower stage share one motor, so the structure is compact, the appearance is eye-catching, energy saving and high efficiency performance are remarkable, extrusion pressure is high. Widely practicability and small investment has made it the perfect choice for small and medium brick making enterprises for technology transformation.

Application in Clay Brick Plant: Used to vacuum-extrude pre-treated clay, shale, or coal-gangue mixes into wet brick blanks in one pass, ready for cutting, stacking, drying, and firing downstream.
