Brief technical description of kiln control system 

The kiln control system mainly consists of temperature detection and control sections. It adopts the thermocouple to measure temperature and pressure, controls firing temperature by regulating the fuel. The control or adjustment of tunnel kiln is achieved by PLC, which is managed by software. The kiln firing temperature is adjusted through combination of different burners, hot air circulation system and others. The PLC is installed in the control cabinet, allowing important data retrieval any time.

The tunnel kiln IPC features a graphical operation interface, which allows operator to input firing curve and feeding interval manually in advance, and also supports to select existing curve and interval data based on the products in the kiln.
