From the perspective of the overall plant process, the drying chamber's cycle time directly impacts the efficiency of both upstream and downstream stages: brick setting speed must match the drying cycle, and the firing kiln must await dry green bricks for charging. The intelligent drying system, through precise hot-air circulation and moisture-exhaust control, shortens the drying cycle while ensuring green-brick quality, enabling the four main stages—forming, setting, drying, and firing—to operate in seamless coordination and maximize total plant capacity.

The Brictec KTB project adopts a tunnel‑dryer process, with the tunnel dryer and tunnel kiln laid out identically. Kiln cars carrying green bricks travel continuously at a uniform speed, with automated systems matched to setting and loading/unloading equipment. Meanwhile, it can accommodate EPC turnkey lines with daily outputs of 200–1,200 tons, featuring gradient temperature control, cyclone hot‑air circulation, and stable mass production. This dryer is suitable for large‑scale fully automatic fired brick production lines and is universally applicable to hollow, perforated, and paving bricks.
