Tunnel Kiln Waste Heat Pipeline Installation Progressing Steadily

In September, Xi'an Brictec's KTB Project Line 1 hit a key milestone: waste heat pipeline installation is advancing steadily, marking progress in integrating the kiln thermal system with waste heat recovery.

KTB plans three modern tunnel-kiln-fired brick lines, mainly producing 240×115×75 mm fired clay bricks. The Line 1 pipeline recovers high-temperature flue gas waste heat, linking exhaust with utilization. Construction focuses on routing, sealing, insulation, and thermal expansion compensation to cut heat loss and improve cascade efficiency.

This lays the foundation for integrated commissioning and stable operation. Once complete, it will support green, energy-efficient building material production in the Middle East and serve as an efficient, energy-saving demonstration for the local fired brick industry.
