Iraqi Ministry of Industry and Minerals Delegation Visits Xi'an Brictec MUSK Project to Inspect Construction Progress

On October 12, 2026, an official delegation from the Iraqi Ministry of Industry and Minerals visited the Xi'an Brictec MUSK Project site to inspect construction progress.

The Iraqi Ministry of Industry and Minerals is the core government department responsible for national industrial development in Iraq. Its main functions include formulating national industrial development policies and plans, fostering non-oil industries, promoting diversified industrial transformation, and reducing the national economy's dependence on oil. It is also responsible for industrial support, technological upgrading, industrial ancillary facilities, and industrial park construction. In addition, it engages with domestic and overseas industrial investors and provides investment services such as project matchmaking and implementation support.

During the visit, He Feng, the project manager of Xi'an Brictec, gave a detailed report to the delegation on the overall planning, current construction progress, and on-site organization of the MUSK Project. The delegation then toured the construction site, paying close attention to project implementation details, and held in-depth discussions with our project team on construction quality control and on-site safety management.

At present, construction of the MUSK Project is proceeding in an orderly manner and making steady progress. The delegation fully recognized and highly commended Xi'an Brictec's active participation in Iraq's industrial development and its contribution to the local industrial sector. It expressed its expectation that the project would be completed on schedule to high standards and with high quality, injecting new momentum into Iraq's industrialization.
