Equipment introduction
Pre-screen Extruder is a key piece of equipment in the brick and tile production line, primarily used for raw material pre-processing and primary forming. Positioned before the vacuum extruder, it is referred to as a "pre-screen" device. This equipment screens and preliminarily compresses the raw material through a mesh plate, preparing it for subsequent vacuum extrusion molding.
This equipment is capable of mixing and extruding raw materials, thus improving its density and plasticity. The screen plate at outlet helps to filter the impurities such as grass roots and bark from the soil, in order to low the blockage accidents and save the production cost. The equipment is especially suitable for high-quality thin-wall production. The screen plate is controlled by a hydraulic system, supporting the plate replacement or changing without stopping the machine.
