Clay Fired Brick Coarse Crushing Double-Roller Equipment is a specialized pre-processing device for the production of clay fired bricks. It is primarily used to coarsely crush large lumps of raw materials such as clay, shale, and coal gangue, bringing them to a particle size suitable for subsequent mixing and forming processes. 2. Equipped with dust plate inside, sealing performance is good, also helps to prevent fine material from floating. Less dust and low operatingnoise helps to improve the working condition greatly.
3. Equipped with a scraper to prevent materials from sticking to the rollers, which improves the crushing accuracy.
4. Easy replacement of the roller. Roller lathe is equipped to deal with roller wear, improving the fineness and the qualification. Lathe is drivenby separate motor to save energy consumption.
5. Measure roller gap by an electronic linear displacement sensor with easy operation. The roller gap can be adjusted between 3mm-5mm to guarantee that grain size can be perfectly controlled based on requirement.
6. Hydraulic press is adopted with high pressing force, and crushing performance is very good.
