Equipment introduction:
The Ultra-Fine Roll Crusher is a high-efficiency grinding equipment for clay brick production. It utilizes two precision rollers with micron-level gap adjustment to crush raw materials (e.g., clay, shale) into uniform particles of 0.5-3mm, significantly improving the quality of subsequent mixing and extrusion processes. This is a professional equipment designed for soft raw materials crushing in ceramic, building materials, refractory materials industry and others, it has following features:
1. Steady properties, long service life, simple structure, small space occupancy, easy operation and maintenance.
2. Equipped with dust shield inside, sealing performance is good, also helps to prevent fine material from floating. Less dust and low operating noise helps to improve the working condition greatly.
3. Equipped with a scraper to prevent materials from sticking to the rollers, which improves the crushing accuracy.
4. Easy replacement of the roller. Roller lathe is equipped to deal with roller wear and deformation, improving the crushing fineness and the product yield. Lathe is driven by separate motor to save energy consumption.
5. Measure roller gap by an electronic linear displacement sensor with easy operation. The roller gap can be adjusted between 0.6mm-1mm to guarantee that grain size can be perfectly controlled based on requirement.
6. Hydraulic press is adopted with high pressing force, and crushing performance is very good.
